I have my computer and tv hooked up to each other, but nothings happening? How do I make the picture show up on the tv?

I know I heard of one but I can't remember what it is. I want to put a pic of me and my husband on there and use them when I mail him stuff in Iraq. Is there more than one site that does this? Thanks!

I am making a home made baby book for my unborn child. I am trying to scan pictures to my pc ( which I can do) but I was to add text/captions to them (which i cant do). I though i could load the pictures into notepad and add text that way but i cant. Do I need a certain program or software to do this? If so can you tell me where I can get a program free? (Running on windows XP)

I am looking at my task manager and there are 12 processes labled as "svchost.exe". 8 of them are designated as system processes. 2 of them are listed as Network Service. 2 of them are listed as local service.

I am not completely sure what this process actually does. I know that this is a critical proces that deals with DLL files. But does this really need to take up exactly 20% of my running processes.

I want to buy a laptop off ebay, however, most of the sellers are asking for cheques or bankers draft etc - is this safe? and is there a potential for fraud? If so, am i able to get my money back?

Does ebay have any return guildelines to abide by when dealing with cheques etc?

I know on my parents computer there is a button in the toolbar that says "auto fill" you put in all your information and save. Then when you go to websites that have those questions you just press the button and it fills it in. Why can't I find this on my computer?

I have a windows 95 and I installed a game on it. When I tried to pull up the game, a box full of programs came up and it wanted me to choose. The question is, what program do I use?
