The 8800 is too expensive and I can't seem to be able to wait to get away from my 6600 with a 7600. Should I wait a little longer?

This is probably my last question to you all, oh sorry! Its not a question, I am just bidding goodbye to all my Yahoo! Answers friends. My dad is going to knock off our internet connection because my 'dear' sister spends half her day chatting with guys. I have been preventing him from doing it for over a month, but the situation is really ugly now. Maybe my last try will prevail!
I had a wonderful time in Yahoo! Answers. I discovered it in June when I had to prepare a 3-minute speech on a stupid English topic! Over these three-four months, I have rather got attached to it. I have learnt a lot from the the two hours I spend here everyday. Now, I daresay I could rival you with my extensive list of security and performance enhancers! OK, goodbye! :-)

I promise that I will be back, maybe after 10 years or maybe even tomorrow! Hope to see 'Danuitti' and 'Good Firefox Lover' soon!!!!!

Today's modern PC can have become faster and more efficent in today's modern age. Computers now have to abiltiy to process information even when the computer is shut down. Do you suppose today's computers have a "limited" personality with emotions? Can our normal computers of today actually get mad at the user and do things back as a way to retaliate?

I want to record what I read onto a CD. I have Hewlett Packard PavilionComputer. On the CD drive it reads "CV-Writer Plus" (whatever that means), I leave it to you, the experts.What do I need besides blank CD's. How do I start? I have no idea where to start but will purhase whatever is needed. (I don't even know what you use to record your voice)

Any Word experts out there?
I have an essay do soon and I am trying to get everything typed up. Unfortunately, I apparently hit some buttons and now whenever I try to indent it shows that weird looking H indent thing. When I try to put a space in it just puts a dot. So basically all of my documents are screwed up with all of these weird symbols. Does anyone know how to shut these off?!

PLEASE I need to know incredibly quick how to fix it. I'm panicking a tad.

i have built in burners in my computer...dvd and cd and my computer still burns dvds but it wont copy the cd to a blank disk? i have cleaned my drive, i have tried everything? i have used nero, windows media player, NTI,...i have a windows xp acer computer. i dont know how to unistall a program cause they came with the computer when i bought it? what else can i do? the programs burn the cd but when i insert the blank disk it only copies two songs and says read error. i am using high quality disks cd-r.

im copying from my cd say now hits of summer onto my computer then i copy it to blank disk...so yeah cd to cd? i heard some one say if u burn to many things your drive will die is this true?
in all the burning programs i have used it copies the cd then ejects the disk and says insert the blank disk, so i put in the blank disk and it starts copying for a few seconds and then rejects the disk and says error?
please help
