How can I update my virtual memory and video acceleration?

I'm trying 2 play a game but I can't play it because I can not pass these 2 tests.So could some1 please help me.Can I download these things or can I go buy it.Or do I have 2 have a technician come in?

read the help files in the start button menu. it shows you how to do everything
