Her a time line I come up with
.Insert DVD
.Open DVD Decrypter
.http://fileforum.betanews.com/detail/1011845169/1
.Push the Hard drive Picture To Decrypt to Hard Drive
.Find Location of File.(remember)
.Wait till finished (20 min)
.Remove DVD From Drive
.Open DVD Shrink
9. http://www.get-dvdshrink.com/download-dvd-shrink.html
.Open File(Name of file @ location above) {line 4}
.Wait for Analysing (6 min)
.Click on Main Movie
.Click on Back Up
.Target DVD Writer from Movie Location {line 4}
.Insert blank DVD to Drive
.Wait for Encoding(45 min)
.It will Auto Start Burn. You must have NERO

Oh by the way Unless you have DVD-9 DVD You will need the DVD Shrink
