I need real help! what the heck is wrong with my computer?
I cant install files, it says that i dont have administrative priveleges on my computer. I cant even change my password.
And i am the administrator, did someone lock my computer or something?

I dont have the passwords to the other accounts, i cant even change them..

You have to be the administrator. Make sure that you are an administrator first. On a Windows XP computer go to:
Start > Control Panel > User Accounts
Check the list for your username. If it doesn't say Administrator next to it, you don't have the priviledges and someone may have messed with your account.

You are logged in with an account that does not have privlidges to make any drastic changes to the PC like installing new software, making password changes, etc. You must log in with an account with administrative privlidges.

you have spyware in ur computer
go to avg.com or download.com and get an antispyware
