PC's can be connected using serial cables, USB, infrared, wireless, ethernet or any other form of network. Not sure what you mean by crimping unless you are talking about the crimping that you do on the cables themselves.

simply use a network card and a cable plus its software, and your work is done, or try to get a pair of bluetooth adapter...
