why i don't receive any mail from my pop3 mailbox?

my streamyx account uses pop3 and in under incredimail but i haven't receive any mail for the past 5 days Futherrmore usually my email and gmail receive the mail but i haven't get any mail from my account

Go to accounts in Incredimail and redo the the the Email account again . Make sure You make it your Default and check if your mail is going to your server first.

Send a test email to confirm that it isnt working before you try to fix it ..
