what would the latest computer specification?

planning to build a computer clone but can't deside my own because of i'm not totally familiar with this matter. would you share what is the latest computer specification?

there is so many specs, there is about 20 powerfull graphics cards, and 5 cpus etc
if u need a powerfull machine
i would suggest a quad intel core
2x ati1900xt via crossfire
4gb corsair ram
2x wd raptors.
