windows toolbar is stuck vertically on right side of screen tried to drag and drop it but i cannot. is there another way to move the toolbar to bottom of page where its supposed to be ?

Pc Spec: 3.39 GHz Processor and 512MB of ram.

My pc has been running slow lately. I have been using the internet, frequently. I have a 125GB hard drive so any games i have installed and files i have saved.. there is still over half of the space left (90GB).

My problem: The pc takes a while to load up pictures on internet browsers, Games take extra long to load, Frequent disconnection from wireless network (DIFFERENT PROBLEM I THINK).

I am wondering, Should i FORMAT the pc removing all that was previously on it.. and reinstall any programs that were top priority inorder to restore computer speed? Or is there another way i can increase loading speeds.

NOTE: I have ran DISK CLEAN UP, Deleted all TEMPORARY INTERNET FILES, and cleared the history.

I get an error message that says DVD Shrink Has encountered an error and can't continue.
Failed to read "D:\"
Data error (cylcic redundancy check)
Can anyone let me know what this means and if theres any thing I can do to get around it?

ive been on the web, and sometimes when i wat to seea clip, it asks me to download it first. i download it,and then it asks me to 'save' or 'open' i always open. my question is, where do those "downloads" go afterwards, do they stay in my comp.? where do i go to clean it out?

just after getting ie7 but i dont like the look of some parts of the toolbars, i tried toolbar options but it doesnt give me the options i want, i seem to have 2 yahoo toolbars but i only need certain things of 1 toolbar and somethings of the other toolbar, i had no problem getting rid of the address bar on ie6 but i dont have the option now

inside it says it is a windows live contact file and i cannot open it as it says that windows needs to know the programme which created it. AM i being spied on? Her email accounts are there too. Only hotmail.

Ok, so I deconstructed my computer, in a System Recovery, because it wouldnt let me onto anything. Everythings went fine. Except I kept getting this warning saying I STILL couldnt run things. I figured it was a virus, and turns out , it sure enough is.
Its call the Win23.Spybot. worm or something. And apparently it channels or sends things out on my ICR address, or something. But when I tried to delete it and fix it, it said it was unable to do that.
Anyone have any idea what to do, and/or how I got this? I tried to get some help online through Nortons Website, and they said to right click my computer in the start menu, then go to properties, then turn off System Restore, but when I try that, I get that same rundell.//Can not access.Win23 error message...

I've just started using it. It's clearer to read and it's got tabbed browsing. Looks as though it's finally caught up with Mozilla Firefox! Anyone got past the "honeymoon phase" yet, and getting any problems?

I had created an e mail address on yahoo which i thought i'll use only for chatting purposes & my name that i had entered was fake,,,,, but now i'm trying 2 change my account information to original i.e., my actual name but its not working :( When i use the other services of yahoo like yahoo q&a my actual name appears but when i send an email 2 some1, the receiver can see the fake name....Whats wrong with it? I had tried it many times but nothing hapnd.

How do I put my yahoo avatar in yahoo 360? I only have 3 personal photos on my yahoo 360 page and I have an yahoo avatar. When I click edit personal photos on my 360 page, then in the blank photo area it has a browse button and under that it says "Or display an avatar. Create your Yahoo! Avatar." But there is nothing I can click on "display an avatar" And I don't have to create my Yahoo! Avatar because I already have one. I have two yahoo identies and they are both checked on my yahoo 360 settings so I can't figure out why I can't make my avatar work on yahoo 360. It works in Yahoo Mail and on the yahoo avatar page and the yahoo message board.
