My Computer (Right Click) - properties - Advanced tab - Performance (Setting) - Advanced tab - Virtual Memory (Change) - Change Initial size and maximum size according to space available on your windows drive (like c:\). but notice that value of initial or maximum should not be more than 25% of space available on c:\ drive.

You probably just need to increase your virtual memory on your computer. To do this, get to the system properties box in windows (pressing the windows button+pause, or right click my computer and go to properties).
Once your in the system properties box, click on the advanced tab, click the settings button under performance. Click the advanced tab in the performace options box.
You should see a box that says virtual memory press change. From here you can either manually make the virtual memory larger or you can check the option to let the system manage the size. Pres set and then press ok to get out of all the properties boxes. You will probably have to reboot, after that you should be good to go!

As others have said you should increase your virutual memory ...however you should also do the following on a regular basis:
1) go to your tools and choose internet options. Then choose 'delete' files. Put a check in 'delete off content files' and hit okay. Then hit delete files.
2) Delete your temporary internet files.
3) Then reboot
4) You should then run a sypware and virus scan for good measure (even if you have it running in the background all the time)
You should see you pc work better again.
Also - if you are on line in and out of various websites all day, you will get that virtual memory come up on screen in particular if your pc is old or low-end. When you do however, as long as you delete your temporary internet files, off conent files, etc...it should go away.

personally, just delete all unneccessary programs... specially the unwanted encrypted text. memory is low, ram cant procces it. clear recycle bin, clear photos not used, documents not needed, songs and everything you think is not of use. dnt worry, softwares are easily installed whenever u need them, just have the installers.
