windows toolbar is stuck vertically on right side of screen tried to drag and drop it but i cannot. is there another way to move the toolbar to bottom of page where its supposed to be ?

first you need to unlock it.rt click uncheck lock.then click at top and drag down to left as you go,may take a couple trys, once in place click lock tool bar to keep it in place.

Right click on the bar, and make sure that "Lock the Toolbar" is not checked. If that is on, you can not drag the bar.

precise click interior the bar and make constructive that it is not locked (you will see a verify next to lock the Taskbar) click in an empty spot and drag it lower back to the backside of the show screen. Then precise-click it lower back and lock it so it won't pass lower back.

I like it best vertically since the monitor screen is wider than high.

the one with the start button??? you click a free space then drag it down...
