Your friend is neither spying on you, nor this is a virus or something fishy!
Remember, did you ever logged in to your MSN Messenger account, from her computer? Or, did she chat with you in MSN Messenger? MSN/Live Messenger stores the chat logs/records or the chatters, by creating the folders of that user's MSN/Live user ID.
I think, this is the case with you! Generally, you can't open the files inside this folder, because, there files are encrypted, and to be used, ONLY for the previous chat logs, from within MSN/Live Messenger.
So, don't worry about all these!
And, one more suggestion... Stop being a spy, and look at her computer and suspects her for being a spy on you! The spying activities are done by YOU, not her!

If it was me I'd delete the whole folder then remove it from the recycle or rubbish bin icon. But then I am a little paranoid - and you'd have to be a really good liar in order to avoid her questioning when she found out that she couldn't access her email accounts anymore!

Maybe she is only saving your emails. It doesn't necessarily mean she's spying on you, but .... YOU are spying on HER by snooping around her computer. Shame on you! That's very hypocritical of you.
