every time i try to mess with it nothing happens
when i reset it, the computer makes noises like its coming on but never does. I have no idea whats wrong PLEASE HELP!!

How do you take parts of one picture and add it to another? I want to make a collage and it's the easiest way I can think of. Perferably with HP Image Zone or if you know of any free programs that are easy to use please let me know. Thanks.

A computer that my daughter own is not powering up with the power switch..Neither can I get the DVD trays to open.The cooling and processor fans are running and thats about it.
There is no sound nor light on the mother board.The hard drive LED light comes on then goes off.

Basically Im trying to get all of my music organized in my itunes so when I finally cross over to the millennium and get an ipod, all of my music can be stored in there. I know itunes can play some WAV files, but I guess Im anal and would like all of my music to be in mp3 format.

My computer works fine at first but when i play a video on the Media Player for a few mitunites, the video runs kind of chopping or skipping and that's when my computer starts to run very slow.
i have to restart my computer in order to for it to run normally. And if i use the Media Player again after i restart my computer, it just runs slow agian; And again, i have to restart my comp. Help me please?

how can I.... un--overload it ??? .....sometimes when a second or third window/page is closed, the image of it will be on the window/page previosly, sometimes it will fade to a gray or white image or finally go away, but freezes up alot along with the multiple pages before it...I want to make a page change to new subject without a new one popping up ...I have defragged, scan disk sometimes standard & fix, sometimes thouroughly & fix which takes 7-8-9---hours to finish...almost 3-weekly.I have had to cntr-alt-delete most times BUT that will freeze up too...then I have to literally turn off and re-start myself...this is almost every time I go to the next window/page or click options...this is a used W98 updated by the previous owner to W98- sec BUT no original disk...I don't know if these are all related or not...one more thing, when I drag a smaller window/page it will leave trails like you can set your pointer/cursor [which the setting is off]..everything loads SUPER slow. HELP

I have many registry cleaners---trials---is it safe to remove...how about hot bar too..I get errors about hot bar--DLL's....will my computer run proper or will it take it's... ' repairs ' with it when removed ????? Will it slow my ' dial up' down or speed it up ?????? HELP PLEASE....

yesterday i cud play it.. but today, i tried double-clickng on one of my songs like i usually do, and the little "volume" (speaker.. weird volume icon thing that always comes up ext to the song when you play it) comes up, but it won't show the "playing" sign, and even when i click it numerous times, it wony play.. HELP!
