1)To begin with, click on start > run
type msconfig. Press OK
Click on Startup tab.
Uncheck names of those programs there that you do not need at startup.Press Apply. Press OK. Press to Reboot the computer.
2)if possible uninstall some programs from your computer which are not essential.
(start > control panel >add/remove programs)
3)download+install+run Free Crap Cleaner ccleaner http://www.filehippo.com/download_ccleaner/
(uncheck the option to install yahoo toolbar during installing ccleaner, if you do not want yahoo toolbar to be installed on your computer)
4) Run Defrag. start > all programs > Accessories > system tools > disk defragmenter
5) See to it that there is enough free space left on the hard disk partition where windows is installed. Copy files elsewhere and delete them from C to make space.

Yes, but not much faster. Try dropping it from a very tall building. It should be able to reach terminal velocity...

Certainly it would...it would go faster out the door or window you throw it out of...because just sitting there on your desk, it is very slow.

awwwww... thats soo cute.. lolz.. XD AWWW..... hum... try gettin a faster internet conection XP.... or um.. maybe u hv hidden viruses in ur computer that u dont even know and r slowing it down.. buy a pc cleaning disk and clean it out ^-^ awwww that was cute xD lolz...(i think im hving mood swings ignore me LOL)

If you drop it from a plane, it will gain speed for only a short time, then level off. What speed were you hoping for?
