As far as I know, it is not possible.
Still, you would never want to do it. If you do, you will have hundreds of fake strippers, singles, and other spammers that misrepresent themselves in no time making your account garbage.

Myspace requires you to allow or deny someone wanting to be your friend. It will not allow you to allow just anyone due to a lot of spammers or "friend collectors". Sorry.
