Display Card NVidia GeForce 4
Is this good or bad? To make it better should i just buy a new one or upgrade this one? How much would either cost? Where should i go to do this?

I think i have a 74.5 GB hard drive and GeForce 4 MX440

CPU Speed 1497 = 1.5GHZ CPU, not very fast by today's standards.
Systerm Memory 513 = 512MB Memory, not much, most people have at least twice (1GB)
Display Card NVidia GeForce 4 = without the model # it's hard to tell.
Bottom line, if it's not doing what you want then go see someone. I would suggest Best Buy or somewhere that doesn't work on commission.

It's probably average. If you have room, you might want to upgrade memory to 1GB, and that would help it run faster. If you're not running heavy duty games, it's definitely adequate, although I have no idea how much hard disk space you have, that could be a consideration too. It's certainly not a machine to throw away yet.

It will suit your need for doing the basic stuff on line. Mine (333MHZ) Compaq is only good for a paper weight or a boat anchor
