Instead of *Name* looking like this they have hearts instead of the astericks

Not a stupid question...I wondered myself. Someone else asked this about a week ago. The answer: On your desktop, click Start, point to All Programs, point to Accessories, them System Tools. There you will find a choice for "character map". Open it & go from there.

I think there are codes you can put in that do the symbols and all that but I don't know them. Sorry.
