Photo Editing?

How do you take parts of one picture and add it to another? I want to make a collage and it's the easiest way I can think of. Perferably with HP Image Zone or if you know of any free programs that are easy to use please let me know. Thanks.

Adobe Photoshop is you best option it works great and its very user friendly
