When you log on to your paypal account, look at the tabs at the top of the page and find the one that says "Withdraw" and click it. The very first link to click will read: "Transfer Funds to Your Bank Account." You will click that link, and it will read "Amount." Fill in the amount of the balance that you want to put into the paypal account. Say if you have $56.76, that would be the amount you will fill in. The other persons who have answered are correct, it will just set there until you deposit the money yourself. You may have to enlist with PayPal`s help to find out why the payment is not showing up. The payment from a PayPal member should show up immediately after you have been paid, unless they did a electronic check. This can take an additonal 5 days for it to clear PayPal, and then deposited into the PayPal account. It usually takes 3-4 days for the money to show up in your bank account after you have withdrawn and deposited into your bank account. I hope this helps

NEVER do this for any reason or you can never get your money back once it's sent. This is a scammer who wants to steal £140 from you and paypal and ebay won't help as Gifts can never be disputed or refunded He is full of crap - tell him you are not sending any money as a Gift and if he doesn't want you to pay the normal way then you are reporting him to Ebay If the price of the item is £140 including shipping his fees are only £4.09 to Paypal. It's not worth you losing £140 with no recourse for him to save a lousy £4

PayPal is one of the most popular online money transfer systems widely used for online auctions, pay to surf programs, e-books and purchase of low value goods. It is now a part of the online auction website eBay. More details available at http://www.money-transfer.in/paypalindia.html

I believe you need to go to the paypal website and login to see what balance they show for you. You will then have to instruct them to transfer it to your bank account if that's what you want. Otherwise it will just sit in paypal cyberspace.

if it's not on your paypal account when you log in then he's trying to rip you off! It will be reflected immediately on your paypal when he pays you (if he actually does it for real)
