what is meant by assembling of pc?what is the use of an assembled pc for a user..
will it be useful for a programmer ?what will happen if we do not buy an assembled pc?
where from we can get an assembled pc?from any computer shop?plz give me a detailed and clear idea about this..
is it required for doing programs in languages like c in linux?

Everytime I try to start up my laptop, I push the power button, then the power light comes on so it does have power. The lights all flash for an instant(Num Lock, Caps lock, Scroll Lock, etc.) and the speakers click, But the Fan does not come on, nor does the monitor or anything else for that matter. If I leave it on for 20 minutes or so, the fan will kick on but that is all that happens, then after 2 minutes the fan stops and everything is off again except for the light that says the power is on.

The last time I turned it off it was unresponsive and I pulled the plug and the battery. Idon't beleive I have any viruses either.

i m doing a format for my friend.... he currently has usb1.1 on his system. Unfortunately he lost the cd conating the drives, including the usb drive. i managed to find most of the drives on the internet but for the usb drive i only found the usb2.0 drive. is that a prob or i can just instal this new drive... will it be a problem?

is there any way i can watch tv on computer other than buyuing a tv tuner card ? why cant the tv connection be just connected to a usb port and the pc decodes the signals and lets me watch tv ? i dont want to spend money on buying tv tuner card any cheap options ?
