I have the Intel 845GRG mobo and I can tell you for absolutely certain that it doesn't!!!
Why? Although the Intel Pent 4-2.66 CPU is a 478pin socket, it's front side buss is at 800Mhz....the 845 mobo doesn't support anything above a 533 FSB speed...What I did was just overclock my 2.4 to 2.66...it's easy using CPUFSB (google it)...
Do a finetune set and set it to 2.661.01
I've bench marked this and compaired it to the 2.66 pent and the overclocked 2.4 is actually faster...you don't have to use a cooling mod either...the stock heatsink works fine...
