Regularly, most PCs are built using civilian tech. This means that they can operate well if their temperatures are somewhere between -5 Celsius up to +70. However, bringing a sensitive device such as a CPU to its maximum allowable temperature may cause severe faults or even permanently damage your device. Some good ideas to cool down you computer might be:
- locate you computer in a shady area away from sun
- locate your computer so that air may circulate around it, especially near the back-end fan
- use advanced cooling technology, such as piped-water PC cooling system, available for various prices in many countries.
- If you are worried about the water then you might find piped-air cooling system for your PC. Prices may vary!
Good luck...

aftermarket coolers
1 for the CPU
1 for the RAM
and 1 for the videocards
if needed.
if ur videocard is a stock INtel videocard, then u don't need one
u usually don't need one for the RAM either.
but the CPU might be a problem
buy some nice ones they range from 20 to 65 bucks
the one that is 65 bucks is the Zalman CPNS9500
its great!
i have one
it lowered my CPU temps down like a water cooling system

The temperature must not be more than 50 degrees Celsius. Clean up the dust between CPU and cooling radiator

Are you overclocking the processor. If you under clock it a little bit, maybe 100MHz or 200MHz. If bring the processor speed down it doesn't heat up so much. What is your processor speed? More important what kind of processor is it. You will find the processor speed settings in the BIOS.
