The installed software is asking for the password of the registered owner of that software. Without that password the PC is useless. You will have to buy a new software CD and replace the software with your own, paid-for, version and password. There's no easy way unless you take it to a programmer.

sajid w I don't understand when you say power on password? Is it when you switch it on that BIOS ask for password? if so then you need to do this:

Sajid you must know how to open your PC. If you don't know about anything then let expert do it. all you do is remover cover and find

LITHIUM SMALL BATTERY INSIDE, REMOVE THIS BATTERY AND WAIT ABOUT 5 MINUTES. AFTER FIVE MIN REPLACE THE BATTERY AND CLOSE THE COVER. NOW SWITCH YOUR PC ON. IT WILL NOT ASK FOR PASSWORD.

Usually you can get the password from the person or firm you bought it from... You did buy it, didn't you?
