i did everything to fix problem but can't? even got new microphone,checked conections,control panel options, everything?

Right click speaker symbol available in the system tray (right bottom) open volume control. click options go to properties then to recording and select it microphone balance will come select it. then the microphone should work. If still the problem persists then it is an hardware problem.

you may have to reinstall you sound card driver if this doesnt work then your sound card is bad such are problems with certain machines if this happened and it is a new machine contact the company and ask them to replace the sound card it sounds like you have a bad sound card or it is configured wrong but in order to know try reinstalling the driver first use your operating system cd and try that hope this helps
