i have 2 questionsm if u dont mind answering
When i play a game that my pc must easily run, and when the default settings in the games Set to "High", that means the my pc can run the game soomthly on High Graphic but it doesn't?? i dont know why?? my friends said that my pc temp is High, it sometimes up to 44?? so are they right??
and i want a program than measures the Temp in the windows??

2nd questions: i have 1GB of Ram but there's only about 750MB left?? though i dont run any majer program?? is this a reason for the game being not smooth??

Okay so i have this old computer i'm trying to upgrade its components. But i do not know whether y motherboard is compatable with the parts i want to connect. Where do i go to find info about my motherboard? Is it something written somewhere on the actual motherboard or can i search it through my computer? Where can i find my motherboard info which tells me what its compatable with?

I've got a 6 disc set of CDs that I want to on my Ipod. The CDs play great on all types of CD players (like my car or sony CD/tape player). My computer has been a reliable CD burner/ripper in the past. It was able to rip CD 1 of 6, but 5-6 it can't read. I ripped from another CD, went back to the set...and still nothing.

All I can hear is the CD spinning, and stopping, spinning and stopping, obviously having a hard time trying to recognize the CD.


Is there any other way to get that info off the CDs? ( I just tried to play the CD in another computer that doesn't have a burner, and that CD drive also was unable to recognize the CD)

I want 2 home wireless networks--G for kids and N for me. I have 9 devices needing ethernet access points--Tivo, PS3, Vonage, etc. Will the following work?

I connect a basic switch to my cable modem, attach a G-wireless router to one of the switch's ports and N-wireless router to another. With the wired ethernet access points on the switch and two routers, I should have enough to connect all of my devices.

My kids will only be set up to use the G network and share files on it. My computer will be set up with access to the G and N networks and able to access files/fully monitor both.

Would this work? Is there something better? Could you attach the N to the cable modem and then the G and a switch to the N ports? Or could I just use an N and larger switch, and limit the kids access to my computer/files through software/network setup?

I need to buy a switch and N router--any recommendations on good ones from a local CC, BB, etc?

My PC is connected to an HDTV37" LCD (PIXEL XT Premium).
It can change resolution to 1920X1080 but the font looks bad.

I am trying to find out which WMA to mp3/audio converter is best any suggestions? I have looked a few am not impressed. One issue I have is that if I have a cd of various artist saved as WMA (with correct artist listed on each file) and convert it the artists in the mp3 files all show up as “various artists” not the original artists save in the WMA.

So two questions:

1. which is best
2. which converts the most details

She use to have dial-up service.
She tryed to disconnect it, But they told her they coulden't
disconnect her cuz she for got her pass word (she's 72).
She hasen't had a land line for 6 Mos, But they still keep billing her account. I'm in kansas and she's in texas.
Is there anyway I can help her threw an 800 number?
She's on a fixed income and can't afford to pay for a service
that's not being provided.

P.S. I need the 800 no. for A.O.L.

i would rather keep the normal ones thats out now wouldn't you at least they come with a drive it wouldn't be cool to make one with out it for the first time and then have to buy one extra who wants to carry around 2 things when they are trying to make it to where you dont have to carry as much weight around it's just not smart, any ideas anyone

My google earth used to work great and now after I wiped my computer, it keeps saying that it could not open in DirectX. I downloaded the newest DirectX and it still does not work. Well i made a question a while ago but only got scanners that you must pay for. and being 15, i cant realy pay for it.

So i need a good FREE ( not trial ) anti spyware and anti virus,

i currently have avg anti virus and avg anti spyware(trial) so i only realy need a good FREE anti spyware.
