i vote for graphics card

but sooner or later you will need a complete system overhaul

Ram first since you can see that working, unlike a Video Card it won't work as well when you only have 512mb of ram. Upgrade ram first then get a new video card, if you have a PCI-E slot then I highly recommend you go with an ATI Radeon HD 3850, the best bang-for buck ATI card, beats some 8600GT and GTS also.

hi mate
you need to upgrade your graphics cards first as your memory although minimal is sufficent, however the geforce 3ti is a legacy graphics card and is not up to the task of running modern games
although you may think its very expensive to upgrade both your memory and graphics its not that expensive, you can get for example a geforce 6200(http://www.scan.co.uk/Products/ProductInfo.asp?WebProductID=689159)for just £25.84 Inc VAT and another 512mb of pc3200(400mhz) ddr ram (http://www.scan.co.uk/Products/ProductInfo.asp?WebProductID=37454)for just £15.56 Inc VAT
this comes to just over £40 and this is including v.a.t and this will increase your memory to 1gb and your graphics subsystem to a standard that can handle todays games
the geforce 6200 has pixel and shader model 3.0 and uses direct x 9 compliance.its core and memory clock speeds are nothing amazing but there capable of running games at double figure frame rates
whatever you do dont upgrade just one peice of hardware, try to increase all the hardware slowly,so instead of having 2gb of memory and still a old geforce 3ti,it makes better sense to have just 1gb of memory and a better graphics card like the 6200
i hope this helps
good luck mate !

everything! you'll need a top end dual or quad core cpu to play fsx and a pci express graphics card...new motherboard and ram and psu. new upgrade, i guess £500-600 to play the game at a decent setting.

If you care more about speed then go with more ram.

If you care more about gameplay with good looking picture, get the graphics card.

It's really your choice here.
