i would rather keep the normal ones thats out now wouldn't you at least they come with a drive it wouldn't be cool to make one with out it for the first time and then have to buy one extra who wants to carry around 2 things when they are trying to make it to where you dont have to carry as much weight around it's just not smart, any ideas anyone

Personally, I would hate to give up my cd/dvd drive inside my MacBook Pro. I use it constantly and to have an additional piece of equipment to carry and to plug in would be a pain in the you-know-what.

I won't buy one without CD/DVD drive. In fact I won't buy one without 3.5 disc drive either. Perfer putting files on 3.5 since more rugged than CD's.
