have a file which is a flac file cant play it in real player or media player

Winamp will play FLAC files with no problem ... as well as many other formats.
You can download it from the following url, but make sure you select the one you really want. The basic version is totally free, but there's also a paid for 'Pro' version.
You can also download free visualizations and skins for Winamp.

What you do is go onto www.mediaconverter.org and convert it to a mp3 file and away you go.
