I'm looking for a picture to put on an add and in order to print it with good quality i need to have one that's at least 300 DPI does anyone know where I could find something like that?

I'm not good at selecting and buying computer hardware, i was just wondering if someone could point me in the right direction of getting another 1.5gb in ram, because i know i'll buy some RAM not compatable with my motherboard lol!

Me and my friend are having a debate on Microsoft and Apple and I love Microsoft and he loves Apple. He says Microsoft is just a big copy cat with everything and I insist that they are NOT. So I want to proove him wrong and give him things that Microsoft has thought of themselves. Can anyone help me out. Like Microsofts own desktop appearances and features.

My business recently upgraded its computers. When we tried to install our Quickbooks 2003 on the new system, we realized it was actually an upgrade and requires 2002 (or earlier) to be installed first. The problem is we do not have 2002 anymore.

We would like to buy a new copy of Quickbooks 2008, but we do not know if out data will be restored to 2008 using the 2003 backups that we have.

Will this work, or are we stuck having to track down a copy of 2002?

I have an optical mouse that is connected to my PC via USB. However, the red light at the bottom is always on, even when my computer is turned off. Is there a way to stop this, as it must be a waste of electricity (albeit a very small waste)?

Hi everyone, I have brought a new laptop, have set it all up and everything, and have put Norton 360 on also. I keep getting a box come up saying Norton 360 is not currently your default phishing filter and would i like to make it my default phishing filter. I don't know what this means so would be grateful if anyone could tell me in easy terms please.
Also because i dont have a mouse with the laptop, how do i right click the screen to find properties because i want to put a screensaver on it.
Never had a laptop before as you have probably gathered so some things are a little confusing.

Your response to my querry included the following info:
On LCD, unlike CRT Monitors, the screen resolution is fixed. The specs will tell you what that number is, so you need to be sure that the latest Graphics Card driver can "match" the LCD monitor you choose.
