Ok, there are a few things that should be changed depending on what you want to do.

First, Raidmax cases are some of the most generic, poorly constructed cases I have ever built a system with. Not to mention the fact that the power supplys that come with them are notorious for poor voltage regulation. This can lead to system instability and damaged components.

Second, the motherboard you have selected is designed for home theater PC usage, meaning all of the bells and whistles for things such as overclocking or expansion have been stripped out.

Third, you never want to skimp on the memory brand. Spend a few extra bucks and go for something like this:

It even has a rebate.

Hi. Make sure you really want a Micro ATX board. There are smaller and usually have less PCI slots. Other than that sounds like a kick butt system! Drives will be interchangeable if they are the same connection type (IDE vs SATA). Remember speakers and cooling fans.
