When i use my laptop for long periods of time i will normally grab my big headphones and insert the pin into the earphone socket or on other occations i will position my portable radio up close on a table surface insert a audio disc listening to my music through the headphones.I normally work on my laptop typing up letters or just browsing on the internet in close range of my notebook with my earphones situated in standard position.Will the close range of the magnets within the headphones cause any malfuntions to arise with the metal material inside the notebook.

Im Have Bioshock For PC.

At the moment i have Windows XP, and of course, DX9.

I can run Bioshock on Max Settings all over with my PC.

What im wondering, I want DX10. Will i still be able to run them on my Max settings.
Because i dont know how much DX10 needs to preform.

Specs:
Intel Pentium D 950 (3.4ghz x2)
2GB Patriot DDR2 RAM 667mhz
Nvidia 8600GT 256MB

Please, No answers like "Dont get Vista" and "Pentium D's are Cráp". Because i know... I know about computers. But i just want to know how much 'Power' DX10 needs really.

Why hello there... Out of severe boredom yesterday, I started playing around with command prompt and .bats, and one thing I haven't been able to figure out is how to get a single .bat to perform more than one operation... Is it even possible? For example, two things I tried combining are "cmd.exe" and "CHDIR C:\". I know it doesn't have much of a point in this case, but I'd still like to know nonetheless. I've tried just putting a space between the two and putting a full line, but to no avail.

I was working on a project and company came so I closed my laptop computer to move it to a different room. (I was on the internet when I closed it) Usually, when I close my laptop without turning it off, it puts the computer into sleep mode. This time when I opened the laptop, it did not come back on. i have a nice desktop gaming pc and i want to play world in conflict with the dual monitor setup because my map and other tings are on monitor #2
i am at college and had to leave my dual monitor setup at home due to lack of space (stupid dorms)
I have a new tablet pc and i was wondering it i can use that as a second monitor and hook it up to my current pc

the desktop is running windows xp pro and the tablet is running vista (stupid vista, sucks for gaming) also will the fact they are different os's change anything?

how do i use user input using %1, %2 etc from the running bat file, not from the actual file itself, and how do i loop the batch file a set number of times?

How do i make it show something like:

How many times would you like to run this command?:

then it loops the number of times told.

I really need a job and all the companys that hire around here say send resume thriugh e-mais (No Faxing)(so they dont have a load of papers).
