*shrug*. Don't know. With what little information you've provided, my crystal ball won't tell me anything.
I have no idea what kind of computer you have, what kind of DVD drive you have, what program you are using to burn, etc.

the girl there was right. itunes is for a song. u need to have a dvd burner. the cheaper one is around $50 until more than 100. the best is samsung, but it is so expensive, around 80.
but if u have it already, make sure u have the programm. the best is nero smart. u can download it somewhere in the i-net for free. then u must also buy an empty dvd and start to burn it. :D

If your computer doesn't have a DVD burner, it will not let you burn to a DVD. If you can burn to a regular CD without at problem, then its not a computer issue. There are many DVD burners out there. They are not illegal (unless you plan on using them to burn movies and sell them on the street). If you have a PC, newegg.com has some external DVD burner options to choose from.

Just to make one clarification. DVD burners are not illegal. You can go to any electronics store or department store that sells computer components to get one. Most newer computers come with a DVD burner built in.
Now, if you are trying to copy a copywrited movie, you will need software to get around the encryption. (assuming you do have a DVD burner or go out and purchase one.)

DVD recorders are different from CD burners. Your CD/DVD drive (hardware) has to have the capability.

itunes is for music...dvds are movies. you need a dvd burner...but they are illegal so good luck finding one :)
