I am getting a macbook pro with the intel chip (the new one) for school. Can i use windows programs on it? Like adobe cs3 etc?

If you are getting the newest Macbook Pro with the Core-2 Duo Intel chip then you can run either Mac OSX or Windows, and Yes you can run Pc Programs.
You will have to Install Bootcamp if it isn't already.

for adobe at like futureshop u can buy the programs especilally for mac or use Q(free no discs) boot camp and parralels u gotta buy also vmware

No, they need to run on the Windows OS.
