i have a nice desktop gaming pc and i want to play world in conflict with the dual monitor setup because my map and other tings are on monitor #2
i am at college and had to leave my dual monitor setup at home due to lack of space (stupid dorms)
I have a new tablet pc and i was wondering it i can use that as a second monitor and hook it up to my current pc

the desktop is running windows xp pro and the tablet is running vista (stupid vista, sucks for gaming) also will the fact they are different os's change anything?

ya 2 monitors doesn't fit any way i don't have room and i know there is no video in but this network sounds like it might work or i was also thinking usb or parralel.

No.

There is no video input on the tablet.


There are a lot of different VESA mounts for LCDs out there, it should be relatively easy to mount panels one above the other, or in some configuration that will fit into the space you have available.

I used Laplink Doubleview at work. It allows to use a laptop or other computer as a sencond monitor for your main computer. Just put them into the same network and install the software! ... Oh, and pay $35 for it :(
I'm not sure if it works with 3D games and Windows Vista, but it worked really nicely for office applications.

No. The tablet does not have a video input, only out. You can split screen the notebook by hooking the monitor to it.

It depends on the video card on board you have, if it has a TV out, you can have dual monitor for sure...

Just go to control panel>>display>>settings>>advance, there you find configuration...
