I forwarded your question to my step-daughter yesterday because I thought she may be able to help you. I would go to my E-mail account, select compose, type in the company's name you want to send your resume to, and then in the body of the E-mail I would re-type my resume and try sending it this way. I also wanted to let you know before I went to bed that you have been on my mind all day. I am praying that you find the peace you are looking for by leaning on Jesus. Please stay in touch and let me know how you are doing.

U don't say what program you use, but most recruitment people expect either a WORD (.DOC) file or a PDF file, some also take RTF.

If they wish DOC or RTF, and you are using MS Office, do as follows

File, SAVE AS. Select filetype as DOC or RTF as required. (almost every word processor can produce RTF)

Alternatively, google for a PDF printer driver, that installs a new "virtual" printer to creats a PDF file of anything you create. It will ask for a name so you can save it as a PDF file, then send this.

As you've tried sending before I assume you know how to use the paperclip icon to attach the file to the email.

definite, you should use a minimum of two of the main familiar formats to your résumé like observe and Adobe PDF. incorporate a conceal letter and deliver them as attachments. additionally that's a fabulous theory to have a hyperlink to a internet based version of your résumé because of the fact some businesses block attachments in emails as a count of protection. this way you provide the organisation a number of concepts to view your résumé and it exhibits which you're factor orientated and plan forward ought to there be a difficulty.

Go back to your word program...click on "file" then "save as" ..below the "name of your file being saved" is a pulldown that allows you to select a different extension for your file. Look for an .rtf or a .doc extension..then click save...and try sending that.
