My work has myspace and facebook blocked and i tried different proxy avoidence websites and they are blocked too

Then wait until you get home. Obviously they don't want you on non work related sites. I wouldn't try circumventing the filters as they know where you're surfing.

You can unblock sites with using a proxy, any of these will work:

U can view myspace and facebook by using my proxy sites when they are blocked and that proxies are:

You can get on Microsoft Word, type in the address, and press the "Enter" button and the website will turn blue, then hold down ctrl and click the address. It should open the website. I do this at school to get on myspace so it should work.
