I want to type faster because i am a very slow typer and when i want to type longer things it takes too long so hwo do i type faster?

My friend and I have been professional poker players for a few years. We decided we should get a mid sized yacht and sail around the world. This would work out great if we could get set up with realtime internet access so we could play poker online. I've looked around a bit but it doesnt seem like this is an option. They have satellites plans that let u do email and send OR recieve data but not really both. I dont need fast internet, just constant realtime 2-way internet!

I am trying to resize a thumbnail picture to make it big enough to be included in a slideshow project. i am trying to make it bigger but even after watching the tutorial it is still out of focus. can anyone help or suggest a alternative program that is not as confusing?

WINDOWS XP
I was running a new scan last night that was supposed to get rid of spyware, but it got rid of everything else. The Recycle bin and MY DOCUMENTS icon are gone. They still work, but the icons are gone, and when I go into 'Write' to insert a picture in the mail it no longer shows MY DOCUMENTS or PICTURES or anything like that. When I click 'start' and then 'programs' it's all empty. I've tried to run a System Restore, but all it said was, "system restore is not able to protect your computer. Please reset your computer, and then run System Restore again.' and i have reset it several times, but it doesn't work, and reinstalling WINDOWS isn't a possibility. Is there anything else that I can do? Why is it when I go into 'Add and Remove Programs' things like the Flash player and WINDOWS Media Player aren't there, but they still work? Lots of things still work. Are all my files hidden or something? Oh, and nothing works in 'run' I tried msconfig, but I get the same screen.

I want to creat a VPN connection between my pc and one of my friends pc. We both use broadband internet and windows xp pro sp 2. I guess one of us have to be host and another will be client. I don't know anything about the process. Can anyone help me with details? (even how to find ip for vpn !). I want to do it by using windows... but if there is any good software...let me know plz. Another ques: is it possible to play multiplayer games via a VPN network?

Hi, i cant seem to find any GOOD heatsinks for AM2, il be running AMD Athlon 64 X2 6400+ 3.2GHz on ASUS M2N-SLI Deluxe.

I would prefer the heatsink to have a fan.

I am trying to figure out what is wrong with my computer, when i turn on my desktop everything sounds like it is starting up correcly but nothing is showing on my moniter, i have checked with someone elses moniter and it still does not show up there, i am just trying to figure out if there is a way to narrow it down to either motherboard problem or my video card ( which is my best guess) but i want to be sure before i buy another one.

Husband's computer not mine. Running XP with latest Firefox, etc etc. Downloaded Google toolbar and Yahoo toolbar and installed then restarted the browser but they aren't there.
Have tried right clicking but all it gives me is "navigation toolbar,bookmarks toolbar and customise"
No help in tools and options.

Why does everyone hate goto so much ? It can shed lots of code when used correctly . I understand that overusing it can make for unreadable code, but having 1 single goto in a program can not cause any problems . I have seen people rewriting their code to be twice as long, just to avoid using a single goto !

My grandfather was using my computer and somehow change the settings on my windows XP. I can no longer switch users, i have to log off completely. I tried to go in and press "restore XP settings" and nothing happens. The colors and scheme is also gone and it looks like windows 95 now. Hey! I want to find out how to make it so that in one image, it is the same picture with all the effects. I have seen this numerous times on mySpace. It looks like if your choosing what effect your gonna use and it shows the same picture in every effect as a sample or something. How do i make it like this?

*and i DONT mean just how do i view the image in all the different effects, i mean how do i actually make one big photo out of them all together that looks like your viewing them!

I need to drain my Lithiom battery for calibration but have run into some clitches:
specs:
Acer Aspire 3003
Winxp SP2
Bios is current
problem:
1.the current bios and every other bios from Acer sucks, no battery utility.
2. No Acer/Aspire battery utilities
3. battery lasts maybe 12min
4. unable to find 3rd party battery calibrater/drainer

I was reading up on some computers I'd like to buy for gaming and I saw that one had a "768MB Asus 8800GTX Video Card." This looks awefully familiar to the card from the GeForce 8 series ("768MB GeForce 8800GTX ").

My questions are: What is Asus? A copycat of Geforce video cards? Is it better than Geforce or worse or the same thing?
