Hi here it the thing
I have ADSL internet connection and im sharing it with someone else laptop ... ( with wireless)

i have no problem with sharing it ... i just want to limit the bandwith so he cant use all of my bandwith and download all day ... how can i limit the bandwith ??

i dont have any other hardware such as router ...
my motherboard is Asus P5B Deluxe and got wireless card onboard on it ....
and the other one is laptop wich has WiFi on it 2 ... so there is no router ... and im sharing internet without anyproblem .... ...

Router type and model would be good.

There are several programs, such as netlimiter, that will allow you to do this. Alternately, some routers will allow you to limit bandwith in their firmware. Check your router's manual for that.
