YES, plus an ISP of course. You need to connect the wireless router to a Cable or ADSL modem.

Yes you can.. thats called wifi. If you have a wireless router around.. make sure its activated into the wireless mode.. and make sure that the PC you are trying to connect has a wireless LAN card in it! Gud luck...
