paint shop pro 8 Help!?

Question

I am trying to resize a thumbnail picture to make it big enough to be included in a slideshow project. i am trying to make it bigger but even after watching the tutorial it is still out of focus. can anyone help or suggest a alternative program that is not as confusing?

ACDsee is what I use along with PaintShop Pro. However, If what you are calling a thumb nail is just a very small pic. with only a few elements, it will be grainy when you enlarge it and may take more retouch work than it is worth.
