My Win2k is running FAT32 file system - can it be made to see more than 40GB?

Partition Expert formatted an 80G HD to 40GB (FAT32)and didn't see any more.

Never heard of Partition Expert, but with older versions of fdisk, you could not make partitions over 40 GB (approximately). The way around the limit was to make two 40GB partitions on an 80GB drive. Try doing it that way.
