Hi, i cant seem to find any GOOD heatsinks for AM2, il be running AMD Athlon 64 X2 6400+ 3.2GHz on ASUS M2N-SLI Deluxe.

I would prefer the heatsink to have a fan.

Arctic Cooling Freezer Pro 64:

One of the best coolers I've found thats not got a ridiculous price attached to it. Its quiet, effective, and it moves air in the right direction - towards the rear case fans. This is the most effective way to cool your machine. I've used these on AM2 machines and 939 machines. It fits both.
