Have a look at these links, gives some tips on how to find the driver that is causing the error, and how to trace the hardware issues.

If your Windows based, reboot in safe mode (F8 while on starting) go Start-All Programs-Accessories-System Tools-System Restore to an earlier date installing that program.

Which means that your Driver is equal too, or the same Driver. Uninstall the driver or Program and then restart and see if you have the BLUE SCREEN again.
