I regularly use Gmail and find it to be very reliable.

I wanted to add my other email addresses to Gmail, but have found some difficulty. Can you help me?

When I added an address from Blueyonder, I had no problem, but when I tried to add my two YAHOO email addresses, Gmail rejected them.

What must I do to get my YAHOO email addresses accepted by Gmail?

i just got a new del inspiron a few months ago. Whenever i leave my computer on with the screen open or closed it runs into a problem. once the screen goes black for more then like a minute and i hit the mouse to make it come back on....the screen gets toons of lines down it and is impossible to read anything so i have to reboot my computer. how do i get this to stop?

ok this makes me mad I don't know what to do I have windows xp and dial-up internet I connect to the internet and its really slow now and kicks me off left and right its not my phone company and it aint my isp I have also cleaned out the whole computer and did many scans on it but still nothing={ I also got a new modem for it and it did not help...any help would be great...Thank You

My desktop is a 2003 Hewlett with Windows XP and WordPerfect. My new notebook will be a Dell with Windows Vista and MS Word. Will I be able to transfer written documents from one to the other? If I save a Word doc to a 3.5-inch floppy, will the WordPerfect read and display it correctly? If not, what do I have to do to make the two PC's able to exchange docs?

We have been needing to replace our server for some time now, and four of our desktops. There are six desktops on the network, and a couple remote printers. Is dell the best way to go? Or should I be looking somewhere else. I talked to Dell on the phone but they sounded like they were trying to take advantage of me and sell me things I didn't want/need. Please help. Thank you.

My surround sounds on my comp is so full of bass, its making my neighbors call the cops when I'm watching a movie.

the voices are so soft and muttled,
but the music and the guns and the bombs and zombies.... they're all too damn loud!!!!

Do you know some Good EQUALIZING SOFTWARE?

Is there some stand alone equalizing software out there that will cut the bass out, run constantly and with any sound app I want when ever I want?

I sent it in thinking that my laptop would be repaired because it was under warranty, but then I was looking at the site and they have list of the cost of repairs and parts!! What kind of warranty is that. I was just wondering If Im going to be charged without knowing or if it will be covered by the warranty.

I am going to buy an Alienware Laptop Area 51m-5550. It will cost around 999$, and 1200$ with tax and shipping.. My question is should i buy now, or wait 2 months when school starts so i can maybe get some "promotions" or "discounts". AW team said they do not hold any back to school savings, however, they do around the fall release something new.

-Problem is, my cheap laptop isnt nothing special or one of their prized gaming beasts.. So if they introduce a promotion, it probably wont affect a cheap as it is Alienware laptop like mine. Instead it will target the expensive higher ranked models.

*Am i right and should i buy now,
or ..... (your opinion).......

I accidently did restore system settings problem is now it will not connect to the internet the internet is visiable in the bottom corners says speed and its connected when i plug in the cord but when I go to a webpage says not connected . Also it is cable from comcast (not wireless just regular connection) it was fine it works on my brothers laptop i did reset the modem.
I tried the ipconfig/release and retry no luck when I ping my Ip addy id doesnt recognize it.
-Ethernet is not disabled, I have resetted the modem
-I was told to try system in accessories setting restore no luck
-I have windows xp also I did try unplugging cable and did the repair thing says repaired sucessful no luck still tho
-Called comcast no luck its not broke on there end they said i shouldnt have a 169. ip addy reinstall XP (dont really wanta do however when i try doesnt allow me says cant install older version??)
-I went to HP site reinstalled ethernet drivers it restored my ip addy still no net

I have a wireless network in my house which connects to my office from downstairs. I have a vonage box and need to connect it in my office. Is there a way to configure the wired ethernet card to connect to the vonage box and supply it the needed internet access? (Keep in mind the wireless network card is providing network access to this computer) If so how? (Win XP)

My radeon 9800 pro 128mb just fried for the 5th time (no joke) and this time ATI wont take it back because warranty expired.

So now im looking at a 7600gt since they are relatively cheap now, but i have a 350W Antec SP350 PSU...will it be enough?
