I sent it in thinking that my laptop would be repaired because it was under warranty, but then I was looking at the site and they have list of the cost of repairs and parts!! What kind of warranty is that. I was just wondering If Im going to be charged without knowing or if it will be covered by the warranty.

You have to have the accidental protection warranty or screen protection, depending on what IBM calls it. If you don't have this then they will charge your for the screen. They will probably tell you first how much it is.

you're waiting to locate a replace reveal screen or seem for a dull computing gadget of a similar form on ebay. (as quickly as I recommend lifeless i recommend having the reveal screen working) monitors are not troublesome to interchange, yet might set you back multiple money (they're probably the main costly component to a computing gadget). in case you're no longer arranged to pay that, then the two save on with using a laptop visual reveal unit or get a sparkling computing gadget :(
