My neighbors called the cops because of loud noises?

My surround sounds on my comp is so full of bass, its making my neighbors call the cops when I'm watching a movie.

the voices are so soft and muttled,
but the music and the guns and the bombs and zombies.... they're all too damn loud!!!!

Do you know some Good EQUALIZING SOFTWARE?

Is there some stand alone equalizing software out there that will cut the bass out, run constantly and with any sound app I want when ever I want?

Here is what you need to do, next time it gets loud. Call the cops, and tell them you hear loud noises coming from your neighboors. And keep doing it everytime they do that to you!
