I am trying to keep track of my diet and weight. I have a nice Access program that I created to help me monitor my progress. I like to enter this information in the morning when I start work, but I always forget. I would like the Access program to open automatically when I start windows. That way I will never forget and I could enter in my information as soon as I sit down and start my computer.

My main focus is Access, but if you could tell me if this process is applicable to other Office programs such as Excel and Word.

I have PentiumIII , xp window. PC shows that its memory is too less to fit in window for yahoo massanger. Till yesterday i had been using massenger. Please guide me to save my memory for messanger. I don't want to purchace RAM now.

keep. Now i just have windows.plus clean stuff that we kept. Downloaded AVG virus protection ran a scan this evening and it found 2 trojan downloaders. which it could not clean what can i do ? Ist there trusted software to use to get rid of these for good? and how to remain protected. If so where can i SAFELY download from. Is download.com safe enough? would adaware serve my purpose?

I don't wanna buy nothing for this Error. But the computer(sends me to www.virusburst.com) And there they say buy Virusburst. But, I already have McAfee Security and Webroot Spy Sweeper. So I do know what is the problem. So if you can really help me please do so.

one day when i was on messenger i accidentily clicked on a link called freewebtown or something like that and now i have a trojan ( program that is apparently giving out any passwords and id off messenger) how exactly do i go to safe mode and get it off? what folder or icon do i go to to find when i downloaded that link and how do i get it off?

I would like to place a button in an Excel spreadsheet that will run a macro. I already know how to create a macro, and I intend to use the same workbook over & over each month. I also need to know more about storing macro's in the worksheet. This macro will go to a specific directory, open a specific file, manipulate, copy & paste that file into this spreadsheet, update the pivot table and populate other sheets throughout the entire workbook. I would like to place buttons on all the worksheets that contain data, around 12 sheets. These sheets then populate 3 reports that are due the first week of the month.
