we have 3 user accounts set up & I want control of when the kids use the pc. also that they can not change their passwords. TY

You could place passwords on the accounts, then you would have to log onto each account because only you know the password. To do that you need to click on the Control Panel then go to user accounts and place passwords of your choice on the two accounts. Be sure you can remember the passwords...

You can use McAfee Privacy manager. Once logging in its asks for password if they don't know this they cannot do anything. It also has time setting to limit hours.

Put their account in the (parent-control mode), that way you will have full control over your computer and the only way that they can get on line is through you ..hahaha
