1) It depends on the processor type. There is no ONE assembly language, there are many.
2) You dont just learn assembly by reading some PDF. You learn it by writing different types of programs, and figuring out HOW to write them.

You're off your nut mate. Understanding Assembly language requires an intimate understanding of the very lowest level functions of hardware. To build even a "hello world" comprehension of this takes roughly 300 pages and that's without writing a single line of code. If you're wanting to "completely learn Assembly Language" here's a few quick steps you can take:
1. go get a degree in computer engineering focusing on computer hardware.
2. go learn basic assembly language
3. hack.
OR
1. go buy a book.
2. hack
3. repeat steps 1 and 2 as necessary.
