I vote for Gateway.They don't make the best computers but they have friendly representatives.

Dell has been very good to me and their technical support is just so incredibly helpful!

I have not dealt with all of the various computer corporations, so I could not answer that question 100%. However, I believe that any successful business focuses on good customer service. If they do not keep happy customers, they do not stay in business very long. Customers are the very best form of advertisement. Happy customers brings in new business, upset customers can ruin a business. I believe it is safe to say, long term corpprations/companies are doing something right to have a successful, long term business.

I bought an Acer laptop which I had a fair amount of trouble with - their customer service was great and they replaced several parts of my computer which didnt fix the problem so they replaced the computer and each time I called them while I was having trouble they were very friendly and helpful.

Dell makes good computers but their Customer Services is the worst thing i have ever seen!!!! STAY AWAY!!!

nicely, i'm satisfied some different person feels this way. it really is amazingly confusing to communicate with a customer service agent who slightly has a take care of on the english language, and then has the nerve to get mad at YOU for not recognize-how THEM.

i think intel but i never need of customer services.may be ur right.but i m using gateway laptop.
